About the Rooms

The double, twin and family bedrooms are all en-suite (shower, basin and w.c.). The single bedroom has its own dedicated bath, shower and w.c. nearby and a basin in the room. All rooms have flat-screen TV, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, central heating and Wifi internet access.

Booking Accommodation

To confirm bookings which we receive by email or by telephone, we require card details (credit or debit but NOT American Express). Card details should be given by telephone for security reasons (we can call you if you wish). We do not use card details unless the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. For late cancellations we always try to rebook the room but if we cannot, we reserve the right to take payment for any of the nights which we are unable to rebook.
Your payment can be taken at any time during your stay with either cash or by debit card.
Our on-line booking option requires a non-returnable deposit to be paid when you make a reservation.

Welcome on Arrival

Your welcome on arrival helps us ensure you are comfortable and have the things you may need .... front door keys for access at any time .... local maps and information .... what's on .... where to eat ....
You can check in early or reasonably late by arrangement. Check out is at 10.30 a.m.
There is off street parking for four cars plus parking on the road.

Breakfast

We provide a continental style breakfast which includes cereals and toast together with cold cuts, cheese, yogurts and fruit salad. Gluten free toast and soya/almond milk are available on request.
